I Dont need to cheat to do well

Well this was very interesting, I got a phone call this morning for yours truly Don Edberg about all the BS that's on the massage board after this weekend. We both decided that it would be best for reinstating my disqualification, for off course assistance when I had fixed my flat tire with a floor pump. Which I am totally OK with cause I did go off course to fix the tire but only after I tried fixing it once and had my pump rip the valve stem out. I was brought up to never quit what you have started , so I fixed it so I could finish.
The race its self was the most fun race I've ever done. I think that was due to the cross bike that worked quite well. Its been a while since we had a race in muddy conditions. Due to the conditions I seen some very good results for some elite riders that you rarely see in the top ten. That really goes to show that the race is not always always about who has the most power but to who has good bike handling skills and don't give up when it gets hard.
I had great legs this past weekend but due to the flat tire I wasn't able to contend with the top dogs. But yet I still had a great time!
