Silly wabbits

Saturday was the 4th annual cottontail Rabbit Shoot, man it was fun. I haven't done it since the first year they had it, back then we had two beagles that where very good rabbit dogs making it much easier then having to walk all day just for some rabbits. No longer having dogs to chase the rabbits we had to do the chasing, making it a very long day and some very sore legs,I've recovered from races faster then I did from hunting.. I could barely walk Sunday. Anyways the rules where two men to a team you could weigh in 4 rabbits (field dressed) the group with the heaviest 4 rabbits wins. We took forth and lost by about a half pound it was close. We ended up winning $50 after splitting it I made $25.. Could rabbit hunting be a profession ? Because you could get sponsors and just travel around doing rabbit hunts. Ha if only

I can see it now--

Despite extrodinary natural talent in mountain and road bike racing, Cole House of Oneida, WI decides to follow his life long passion of blowing little, fluffy rabbits into multiple pieces with his shotgun.

Damn, the NRA got another one!
